Sometimes you have lots of time and energy, and you just feel like a powerhouse. Other times... well. You just do what you can.
I was preparing for my first-ever solo art show, and panicking over what I still needed to do and how little time I had available. A wise friend reminded me to just "do what you can" and let the rest go. And that's all any of us ever can do, right? But when the gap between your ideal and what's actually feasible is SO HUGE, it can help to just keep telling ourselves this: we do what we can. I made this watercolor painting as a reminder to myself during my show prep. I thought other people might like the reminder too. And that's how this print came about.
This is an unframed, full-color print of my original watercolor, printed by an independent local shop on eco-friendly paper. It measures 11x14 inches (a standard size for framing).
The print is packaged in a plastic sleeve and will ship in a sturdy cardboard tube. International buyers, feel free to contact me for a shipping estimate.
Please note that this print is non-archival (unlike my CAT SHAPES and YOU ARE A WORK OF ART prints), which helps keep the price lower. I would love to have all my prints be top quality, but I have found that this makes the price prohibitive for most people. If you experience significant degradation in print or paper quality within five years, send me a photo and I will mail you a replacement.
